Dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid which is naturally produced by our body, however as we age production slows. Therefore, fillers are used to restore lost volume.
I use dermal fillers to achieve the beautiful look you desire, whether it be to revolumize, sculpt, or reshape areas of your face.
Here at Lift and Pout Aesthetics, I don’t just focus on the area being treated, I focus on your face, as a whole. This is to ensure perfect proportions for your face, using well evidenced facial profiling, to enhance your natural beauty.
What to Expect on the Day
The treatment will be explained along with possible side effects.

We will go through your expectations again to ensure we are both on the same page.

Consent, medical history, and treatment forms will be completed, if not already done prior to appointment.
​
Numbing cream will be applied to the area to make the treatment more comfortable.
​
Before pictures will be taken.
​
The procedure will commence, stress balls can be given to provide further distraction, i will wear full PPE, and all surfaces and tools will be disinfected prior and post treatment.

After pictures will be taken. Pictures are for insurance purposes and for your personal use so that i can show you before and after results. I will only use on my social media with your prior consent.

Potential Side Effects
Afterwards the treated area may be a bit red, sore and swollen.
Any swelling and bruising should settle down in a few days.

If a complication occurs, i am trained to reverse the treatment quickly, using hyaluronidase, so please be assured.
​
I also have adrenaline onsite in cases of severe allergic reactions, and am medically trained to support you.
​
If i feel the filler needs dissolving i will dissolve and rebook you in 14 days, to redo the treatment if you wish to proceed. Filler dissolving is also an elective procedure to remove unwanted or old filler.
​
Your treatment will be reviewed after 14 days to ensure that you are happy with the results, additional filler can be added at this appointment if you wish.

Post Care Instructions

Avoid strenuuous physical activity for 24hours after the procedure.

Stay out the sun/sunbeds for 24hours and use SPF 50

Avoid alcohol comsumption to avoid brusing

Use over the counter pain relief if required

Use a cold compress to control swelling for the first 24-48hours

Start to massage after 24hours

If brusing occurs use a warm compress or arnica cream

Avoid excessive facial expressions for 5-7 days
